Two kitchen employees were wearing watches while preparing food. Two sanitizer buckets were at 0 ppm chlorine. The cutting board on top of the chest freezer is heavily scored and moderately stained.

The cutting boards on the food prep station has a buildup of soils. A salad was being prepared by a waitress with long artificial and painted nails and ungloved hands. A waitress was making a salad with hair not restrained.

Priority violations: In the walk-in chicken was at 44 degrees, roast beef was at 44 degrees, Ranch was at 43 degrees and sliced tomatoes were at 44 degrees.

Core violations: There is a buildup of debris above the food prep area and on the guard of the ice maker.

Core violations: Bucket with sanitizer and wiping cloths is stored on the floor. Original containers of seaweed are reused to store other foods. Prep table inside surfaces are not clean. Door, plastic curtain and surfaces of shelves of walk-in cooler are not clean with food debris and rust. Several areas of ceiling and floors in the prep area and warewashing area are not clean.
